Shipping Policy


Processing Your Order
Orders received during regular business days, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 1–2 business days from the receipt of the order. We do not process orders on weekends nor holidays.

For example:

1) if you placed your order on Friday and Monday is a holiday, we will begin processing your order to ship on Tuesday or Wednesday.

2) If you placed your order on a Monday holiday, we would start processing your order Tuesday or Wednesday.

Delivery by a Specific Date
If you need a product by a specific date, let us know by calling us directly or sending us an email. If we cannot meet your required date, we will let you know right away.

Estimated Delivery Times at Checkout
The delivery times listed at checkout are estimates sent to us by the carrier, and the actual delivery times may vary. We cannot guarantee any carrier shipping times—if you need shipping times guaranteed, please get in touch with the shipping carrier directly.

Weekend & Holiday Deliveries
The various shipping carriers may deliver products during the holiday and weekends. We will email you a tracking number when your shipment leaves our facility. You can use this tracking number to know when to expect the delivery of your products.

High Demand Shipping Times
Please be mindful of the various holidays throughout the year when ordering. Expect shipping to be slower during these peak times.

Tracking Numbers
We will email you a tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive a tracking number for your order within several days, send us an email or call us. We will give you a shipping update or the tracking number if the carrier has picked up the shipment.

Free Shipping
Depending on price and delivery speed, our free shipping may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You will receive a tracking number with the shipping details. Generally, free shipping takes in 2–4 business days, but it can take longer.

Paid Shipping
During checking out, the shopping cart has paid shipping options. If you choose, you may select any of the options. Selecting a paid shipping option may be a good choice if you need to receive your shipment quickly.

Pre-Orders
When our pre-orders arrive from overseas, we will send you an email notification of their arrival. Please allow 7-10 days for us to receive, pack, and ship your order. When your pre-order ships to you, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Junk Folder
Emails about your order may go into your junk email folder. Please take a look in your junk email folder for any missing correspondence.
